The new Meiji FR-LED illumination system brings ESD-safe LED lighting to the industrial workplace. Like the MA960, it fits most stereo microscopes and allows true color reproduction of the specimen at all brightness levels without the yellow hue of halogen. Durable LED technology delivers 50,000 hours of bright daylight quality, flicker-free LED illumination, which is very comfortable for the eyes. No additional white balance is necessary.
The FR_LED also features an innovative thermal transfer system which quickly and efficiently cools the LED array, leading to the longest life span in the industry. Daylight quality, true color reproduction – 5600K color temperature allows the user to see structures in their native colors without the yellow hue of halogen illumination. Conveniently placed controls offer variable-intensity from 0 to 100%, and a special electrostatic-safe discharge (ESD) polymer coating makes it ideal for sensitive electronics environments like semiconductor clean rooms and electronics testing laboratories.
