These new Frosted, silane slides (aminoalkysilane), are positively charged to enable improved tissue adhesion as well as more convenient processing and filing. The density of the amino groups is consistent across the slide and is adjusted to yield optimum binding capacity.
The opaque Frosted color coating retains most laboratory markings and is impervious to most common laboratory chemicals and reagents.
Each box contains 50 slides measuring 76mm x 25mm with 45º, bevelled corners and ground edges.
