What are your hours?
Essentially, we are open Monday -Friday from 830am-5pm with limited after hours and weekend telephone service. Please see our full operating hours by clicking here.
Where are you located? Roanoke, VA
Can you send a formal quotation? Yes, please email or contact us by phone to request a quote. We typically undertake to send you a quote within half an hour.
Do you accept PO's Yes. We accept PO's subject to a signed credit application and satisfactory trade references.
What are your accepted forms of payment? We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers and personal checks as well as Google check out. We also provide 30 day terms for approved corporate and institutional customers.
Do I have to pay sales tax? We charge sales tax for Virginia and Connecticut. You are responsible for sales tax in any other State.
Can we create a corporate or institutional account? Yes. Please email or call us to arrange set up.
How do you ship? Typically, we use UPS. However, we can also ship via FedEx or US Postal Service. We are also happy to ship on your own UPS or other account.
What do you charge for shipping? We charge UPS rates at cost including insurance for door-to-door delivery.
How quickly will my microscope arrive? Typically, we ship same day as your order. Within the US, your microscope will arrive within 2-6 business days depending on your location. Please refer to the UPS map for further information
What is your returns policy? We have a 25 day returns policy. Please see the full terms and conditions here. Each return must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
What if the microscope is not right for me? Simply return it in its original packaging within 25 days as per our terms and conditions which you can read here.

How do I cancel my order? Microscope.com offers exemplary customer service, a significant part of which is to ship products quickly, often within minutes or hours of your order. Should you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible since all shipping charges already incurred cannot be refunded.
Do you offer any discounts? We offer discounts on volume purchases starting with a minimum of five units purchased.
Do you have any coupons? From time to time, we offer selected coupons.
Do you ship internationally? We ship to all countries where UPS or USPS services are available. Please note that all custom and brokerage fees levied on products imported into the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can you ship to a different address than the billing address? Yes. What is your warranty policy? All warranty imformation can be viewed here.
Can you send me a catalog? We do not print a separate catalog as all our products are carried online at www.microscope.com. You can, however, print any product page from the website.
Can you gift wrap an item? Regretfully, we are unable to gift wrap at this time.
Can you include a birthday card with the product? Please telephone to make this special request and we will endeavor to assist.
Can I stop by and pick up the item? Regretfully, this is not possible at this time.
