The MS-62W1 is identical to the MS-62R and includes a handy, 8mm diameter tool adapter hole on the back of the metal holster. It is ideal for securing handheld tools while conducting inspections on curved or cylindrical surfaces. The rigid pole design keeps the microscope at just the right height above the imaging surface while the rollers ensure a smooth transit across the face.
The stand is designed to easily track along a smooth or curved surface, thanks to pins which are wrapped in a unique, soft gripping compound which ensures steady movement, and protects surfaces from being scratched.
The MS62W1 also works very well in document forensics, blueprint inspections, counterfeit detection, courtroom evidence presentation and anywhere linear inspection is required. Accessories include the HD-M1 metallic holster with 8mm diameter tool adapter.
