AD4113T-FVW

The Dino-Lite AD4113T-FVW is a powerful handheld microscope with UV excitation, similar to the AD413T digital microscope (with measurement feature) but with four white and four UV LED lights, which can easily be turned on and off using the included DinoCapture software. It has a UV wavelength of 395nm, ideal for applications such as law enforcement and counterfeit ID.

This new model features a second-generation housing with a smoother focus wheel movement and a handy scroll lock.  Once your magnification is set, slide the tab to the "Lock" position to secure the thumb-wheel. This keeps your image in sharp focus without further effort, a real time-saver during repetitive observations. In addition, the USB cable is reinforced for improved durability and protection.

All these digital microscope models have high resolutions at 1280x1024 and include a 1.3 megapixel camera, Microtouch trigger and measurement capability. The combination of white and UV lighting make these industrial microscopes versatile and affordable options for inspection and laboratory applications, including biomedical research and forensics.

DinoCapture

When you want to capture an image, click the button on your mouse or, on these Microtouch models, simply tap the trigger pad on the end of the microscope. The Dino-Lite software also captures real-time and time-lapse video, great for scientific research or educational instruction.

When finished with your editing, annotation and measurement analysis, Windows users can save and share files in BMP, TIF, PNG, TIF and JPEG formats. For Mac users, DinoXcope offers PNG, JPEC and MOV file formats. Software updates and improvements are also available at no cost from our website.

Measuring Software

The measuring function allows the user to input the magnification value from the microscope's zoom control and then to measure the length, angle, and circumference of the specimen.  Both linear and geometric measurements can be captured quickly and easily. For more accurate measurements, the software can be calibrated using a known scale (such as a ruler), although the viewer should recognize the inherent limitations of accurate measurements with a handheld microscope.
