Summary
Simple to use and versatile, the Motic DS-300 takes a 2-in-1 approach to microscopy. Use it with the included 640x480 pixel digital camera or replace the camera with the eyepiece. Similarly, change the included stages and use it as either a high power or low power microscope to look at either cell structures on slides or macro objects such as crystals and insects. LED illumination also makes it portable for use in the field.Microscope
The microscope includes 20X-100X magnification with a removable eyepiece and digital microscope camera. A floating stage is removable for viewing macro specimens such as crystals and insects. Illumination includes both incident (top) and transmitted (bottom) LED that is powered by 3 x AA batteries (not included). All optics are professional coated glass.Microscope Camera

Motic Play and Motic Educator multi-language and multi-platform (PC/Mac), software is included. The software includes a flash-based interface that guide students through the powerful features such as image capture, measuring, and editing. Capture still, live image or time lapse images. Measure lines, rectangles, circles, polygons, ellipses and triangles. Image editing includes text insertion, painting, stamping, filters and rotate/flip. Images are stored in JPEG or .BMP files. A calibration slide is included for accurate measurements.
Use your creativity with the Motic Play's extremely robust customizing software to flip, print, label, paint and size images however you choose.
