This new Omano trinocular, upright fluorescence microscope offers
excellent value. It is equipped with a quintuple, reverse nosepiece and six objectives - four plan achromatic (4x, 10x, 40x, 100x oil immersion) and two fluorescent achromatic objectives (25x, 40x Glycerin). Green and blue filters are standard as is coaxial focusing knobs. The unit employs 6V20W halogen lights for brightfield work and a 100W high pressure mercury lamp for fluorescence. Both modes of illumination are variable.
The OMFL400 also comes equipped with a 23mm trinocular adapter for eyepiece cameras. In addition, both the base and stage are over-sized for greater stability and convenience. The stage measures 140mm x 160mm with graduated locator markings (X axis: 0-90mm; Y axis: 0-60mm). The base measures 203mm x 254mm.
The microscope has been manufactured under the strict guidelines established under ISO 9001:2000 Standards. As with all Omano microscopes, this microscope is sold with a limited lifetime warranty.
