The OM-XTL-JW11 combines one of our better Omano zoom stereo microscope heads with the solidity and affordability of our ever-popular single arm, JW11 boom stand. Equivalent in quality to our premium OM-99 microscope head, the OM-XTL provides optical clarity rarely found in microscopes at this price point.
The microscope includes 0.65x-4.5x stereo zoom range with dual diopters for convenient individual eye focusing. Combined with WF10x eyepieces, the total magnification range is 6.5x-45x. Optional barlow lenses are available to increase/decrease the working distance. As with most Omano boom microscopes, a hanging bar is included to facilitate viewing from a variety of angles.
The JW11 has been our workhorse single arm boom stand for over 10 years. The microscope system weighs in at 45 pounds and is over 14" high when extended. It also has over 12 inches of clearance to the base and can view objects over 8 inches high and 17 inches wide, yet still views a postage stamp with clarity.
