New Model With USB 2.0 Output Available!

Targeted at high end professional and research applications, the ProgRes CF range of color digital microscope cameras include three highly sensitive digital microscope cameras that deliver incredible levels of detail, and with a large 6.45
µm2 pixel size they are particularly useful for very low light applications where color capture is a critical consideration. They offer double the color sensitivity of the C3 and C5 cameras, and are capable of a maximum frame rate of 34 fps.

Applications include Fluorescence, Genetics, Pathology, Histology and Forensics, among many others. Each camera is sold with a high impact plastic case and interior high density foam cradle.

The ProgRes CF range includes three options:

A). ProgRes CF

The ProgRes CF sets the standard for the CF range with a 1.4 Megapixel Sony CCD sensor with high frame rates and a broad dynamic range. With either IEEE1394 Firewire 400 or USB 2.0 and C-Mount, each camera connects to any computer and microscope.

 

B). ProgRes CFscan
The ProgRes CFscan achieves an even higher level of color resolution via a shifting technology, or microscanning technique, that eliminates the blind spots on the chip between pixels. It is proving an increasingly popular solution for Life Sciences and Pathology where color is a critical factor. For example, Dermatological users find it an indispensable tool for recording skin cancer coloration over time. The ProgRes CFscan is also proving an effective competitor to the Olympus DP71, but with better color resolution and pricing.

C). ProgRes CFcool
The ProgRes CFcool provides the highest degree of color sensitivity in the ProgRes CF microscope camera range. It utilizes Peltier cooling with a hermetically sealed sensor to achieve even greater sensitivity in low light conditions - and an incredible level of color resolution. It is the ultimate camera for high sensitivity in fluorescent applications.

SOFTWARE


As with the entire ProgRes range of digital microcope cameras, the ProgRes CF comes with the excellent CapturePro software. The software features include up to 5 color filters in fluorescent mode, a variety of measurement options, time lapse photography, live image functions and multi-user options that enable up to 5 cameras to be connected to one computer.
