"In the ERAI broadcast a few weeks ago, you included information about a dealer with whom the ERAI negotiated a special price, for a microscope set-up configured for our industry. I called them the next morning and found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased the model suggested by The Microscope Store and the ERAI and had it set up within a few minutes of receipt. I called The Microscope store during the set-up to ask about the various lenses and camera adapters and found that their after-sale service was as good as their pre-sale service. We put it to use right away. We have had it for less than 2 weeks and have already rejected 4 parts worth a total of $6044. All of the rejected parts would have passed inspection had we still been using our 7x magnifying glass. It makes us worry about how much we were missing before!
