OMANO WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants this microscope to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of the instrument. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse or misuse, repairs or alterations performed by other than authorized Omano repair technicians, or damage occurring in transit or caused by parts lost or which fail due to accident, fire, theft, chemicals or acts of nature or war.

Any Illumination products are warranted from date of purchase as follows: 6 months. The warranty does not cover bulbs, batteries, fuses, cords, or add-on accessories such as mechanical specimen holders that are not built into the microscope stage as an integral part of original manufacture.

Warranty does not cover lenses that have become inoperable due to dirt as a result of misuse or lack of maintenance.

Any cameras and software supplied with this microscope are warranted from date of purchase as follows: Cameras, 1-year limited warranty. Software: 6 months. Other than set forth above, the manufacturer hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Please note that all sales of products that are special-ordered on behalf of customers are final. No returns of such special-ordered products will be accepted and no refunds can be made.

For warranty service, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within five (5) days after the occurrence of the defect.

The item should be well packed to avoid damage in transit, accompanied by a description of the issue, return instructions and shipped postage prepaid to the address specified when you call. The manufacturer will repair or replace at no charge and return postage prepaid. If the issue was caused by misuse, alterations, accident or abnormal conditions of operation, an estimate for repairs will be submitted for approval prior to work being performed.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. If you have questions concerning this product or warranty, please contact us.

No other warranty of any kind is made, expressed, or implied.

MEIJI TECHNO LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Meiji Techno does not permit us to publish their warranty on our site and we apologize for this inconvenience.

However, all Meiji Techno products sold are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Electrical warranty is 90 days. Please note that an important condition of their limited lifetime warranty is that customers return the product registration card within ten days of purchase.

MOTIC WARRANTY

All Motic instruments in respect of mechanical and optical parts are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 5 years, and in respect of the electronic parts against the same for 1 year.

Damage resulted from repair by unauthorized parties or damage due to accident, alteration, misuse or abuse is not covered. Warranty service is provided by Motic Incorporation Ltd. or its authorized dealer. Defective Motic instrument covered by the warranty will be repaired free of charge when it is returned, postpaid, to Motic Incorporation Ltd. or its authorized dealer in your region.

The warranty period commences on the date of purchase, provided that you will register your warranty requirement on our web site, www.motic.com, within 7 days after your purchase. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Motic Product, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warrant extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Motic Product from you. It excludes expendable parts.
