Summary

The new Meiji MT4200-V is an advanced, research-grade laboratory trinocular microscope, designed for the rigors of daily routine laboratory work by veterinary professionals. The Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) on this veterinary microscope includes five high quality objective lenses set in a quintuple nosepiece and combines with standard Halogen or LED illumination to offer bright, crisp images. It is manufactured in Japan and comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Optics

The microscope includes a Siedentopf-type ergonomic binocular head with the oculars inclined at a comfortable 10 to 50 degrees of inclination range for great viewing flexibility. The left eyetube has diopter settings for easy individual eye focusing. The interpupillary distance is adjustable between 53mm - 75mm. 10x Widefield High Eyepoint eyepieces (F.N. 20) are standard and come with a 21mm reticle mount.

A DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) includes five Plan brightfield objective lenses (Plan Achro 4x, 10x, 20x, s40x and s100x Oil) set in a ball-bearing mounted, quintuple nosepiece. The Achromatic objectives significantly reduce chromatic and spherical aberration for clearer, more detailed images.

Trinocular Version Includes 5.0MP Camera

All trinocular HD models are equipped with a 5.0MP HDMI / USB2.0 CMOS camera, an 11.8" HDMI monitor and 0.3X c-mount adapter with software CD for professional documentation.

Stage & Focus

The standard right-handed flat top stage measures 170mm x 140mm with a 80mm(X) x 52mm(Y) range of movement, coaxial right-hand controls with drop-down positioning and a ceramic coating for durability.

Condenser & Illumination

Abbe 1.25 NA Condenser with built-in iris in a dovetail mount. Illumination is bright white LED or 30W Halogen.
