The MS52B is a jointed articulating flex-arm type stand with holster for use with the Dino-Lite hand held digital microscopes. The precision machine-crafted components provide smooth adjustment and unlimited horizontal positioning in a well balanced ergonomic design.

The fully-articulating boom arm is secured on the base clamp by a pivoting mount which rotates through 360 degrees of arc around the base clamp and 180 degrees of vertical arc over the top. Once the desired support angle is achieved the adjustment knob is tightened, engaging teeth on the pivot faces and locking the arm into position.

The second joint is equipped with a similar locking pivot, so once the operator positions the second arm (anywhere within 340 degrees of rotation), they simply tighten the knob and lock the second arm into position.

Telescoping joints and lever-action cams on both arms provide adjustment of arm length and 360 degrees of rotation, allowing the operator to position the microscope anywhere up to 23 inches horizontally and up to 36 inches vertically from the base mount.

Additionally, the top holster joint swivels 360 degrees and a twist of the ergonomic control handle locks the joint, positioning the Dino Lite microscope at the perfect viewing angle. When necessary, the arms collapse and fold flat for convenient packing, storage and travel.
