Summary

The N3C-R is one of the newest tools for Edge series microscopes, generating a soft, shadow-free ring of diffused illumination. The 2.5 inch diameter ring clips on to Edge series polarized and non-polarized models and simulates a ring illuminatior without the added weight and complexity. This makes it ideal for industrial inspection, law enfrocement forensics analysis, pcb repair, gemstone classification and more. Note: The N3C-R is best suited for working distances in the range of about 2 to 15 cm. It may not be suitable for closer working distance operation, and is not compatible with high magnification models such as AM4515T5 or AM4515T8
