The MT5300H/LBC features a computer-engineered rigid frame with a chemical-resistant cast aluminum finish. Designed for long-term comfort, the low-positioned coaxial controls and ergonomic stage ensure an extremely stable and efficient platform for daily clinical use.
Optical Excellence with ICOS™ Technology
At the heart of the MT5300H/LBC is the Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS™). These newly engineered U. Plan optics provide exceptionally bright, crisp images with superior color rendition and perfectly flat fields of view across the entire 22mm field of view.
- Trinocular Versatility: The Siedentopf-type head features an 80/20 beamsplitter, directing 80% of light to the camera for high-quality photomicroscopy while maintaining 20% to the eyepieces.
- Powerful Halogen Illumination: 6V 30W Koehler illumination with an adjustable rheostat provides the warm, high-intensity light required for critical phase contrast observation.
- Zernike Phase Contrast: Includes a full Zernike condenser with phase annuli for 10X, 20X, 40X, and 100X, allowing for detailed viewing of unstained live specimens.
